The location is picturesque and charming with UNESCO temples and traditional shops. The room is spacious with a great view and an outdoor hot tub. The staff is helpful and accommodating even for late dinner arrivals. The meals are ample, with some standout dishes.

Don't have any issues at all.

In April when the cherry blossoms bloom, the entire mountain turns pink, creating a truly magical atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and provide a stunning view of the valley, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the beauty of nature. Additionally, the attentive staff go above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay for their guests.

All was satisfactory and exceeded my expectations.

The hotel had a great location, nestled amidst the beautiful mountains and close to UNESCO temples and traditional houses. The room was spacious and had a stunning view of the surrounding hills and trees. The outdoor hot tub on the balcony was a definite highlight, offering a relaxing and romantic experience. the staff were very helpful and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay.

The cleanliness and hygiene of the hotel left much to be desired. There were issues with the cleanliness of the rooms, with previous guests' hairs found in the sink and sheets having stains.

Nestled in the Yoshino mountains, this ryokan offers a stunning view down a small valley. During April, when the cherry blossoms bloom, the entire mountain turns pink, providing a picturesque backdrop. Guests can enjoy spacious and comfortable rooms with private bathrooms, including wooden baths both inside and on the balcony. The friendly staff provides exceptional service, accommodating dietary preferences and even serving homemade plum wine. The large banquet room offers delicious Japanese cuisine, making for a delightful breakfast experience.

Limited availability of WiFi, only accessible near the reception area.

The staff is friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make guests feel welcome and addressing any concerns promptly. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with private bathrooms and attention to detail.

The hotel should work on improving the smell in the toilet.

I had a fantastic stay in a traditional Japanese room with a beautiful panoramic view of the mountains. The natural hot springs were a highlight, both in the communal and private onsen — a great experience. The food was delicious and included in the package. The staff were kind and helpful, especially the one who spoke English.

While my stay was amazing overall, I noticed that the hotel was quite expensive, which could be a turn-off to budget travelers. the hotel is located in a remote area, so it may be difficult to access without a car.
